When you tried installing the update from Windows Update. It shows:

"We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes. Don't turn off your computer" after restart the PC.



 

In many cases, this message will appear every time you start your computer. It's really annoying and takes a long time when you start the computer. The guide below will help you fixed this update error.

How to do:

Step 1: Open Run (Windows + R), type & go to "msconfig"

 



Step 2: Go to Boot tab. Tick to Safe boot in Boot options frame.

 



Step 3: Apply & OK. Please restart to login Windows (by Safe mode)

 Step 4: Open Run (Windows + R), type & go to "SoftwareDistribution"

 



Step 5: Delete all of files & sub folder on this folder.

 



Step 6: Restart to PC (by normal mode). Please try to update Windows and check after restart PC.
