Fixed lagging (working slow) on web browsers after updated Windows
This problem sometimes occurs after Windows update, Windows upgrade. Although other programs run very fast and stable. Only web browsers: Microsoft Edge, Chrome run very slow. And you can feel it when you use it. Here are 2 ways to help you improve speed when encountering this problem.
1. Disable & update graphics driver from device manager
Step 1: Go to Device Manager. The fastest way is: Press Win + R. Type & Enter “devmgmt.msc”
Step 2: Under “Display adapters”, right-click your graphics card and choose Disable device
Step 3: Continue, Right-click your graphics card and choose Update driver. (you can update Offline or Online)
2. Turn off hardware acceleration on browser (Applied to Microsoft Edge & Chrome)
Step 1: Go to Setting > System
Step 2: Turn off Use hardware acceleration when available
Conclusion:
After the installation is complete, please restart your computer to see the results.
Above are 2 methods to help you speed up and improve web access speed after you upgrade or Windows update. In the not too distant future, Microsoft will fix the above error and improve the speed.
