Step 1: Open Run box, and then type gpedit.msc


Step 2: In this time, a window "Local Group Policy Editor" will appear. Please find to url: User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Ctrl + Alt + Del Options


Step 3: Click to Ctrl + Alt + Del Options. You can see item "Remove Task Manager".Please double click it to setting



Step 4: Currently, status is Enable.


You want to enable Task Manager, please choose "Not Configured" or "Disabled". I will set the defaults: Not Configured.



Step 5: Finished, you can check & reopen Task Manager.
