Step 1: Open Control Panel on the computer. Access the Region category.


Step 2: Go to the Administrative tab. Click on Change system locale ...


Step 3: In the window Region Settings, in the Current system locale, switch to Japanese (Japan).


Step 4: Click OK to save. At this point the computer must restart. Please select Restart Now when it asks for it.


Step 5: Complete. Please see and re-extract the compressed RAR / Zip files to see if it is ok.
